As a member of the total office support staff, this position provides (1) processing, managing, and analyzing of all staff and academic purchases, various academic donors' donations, purchase orders, repair orders, new vendor requests, income and expenses for grants per UC Policies and Procedure, cash collections; (2) human resource recruitment, documentation, and follow-up; (3) troubleshooting, research, and problem-solving with office staff, academics and Business OP Center,  (4) training staff and academics as needed on essential tasks; (5) assisting with UC and county reports; (6) Back-up for Administrative Officer 3 and other office staff.

Pay Scale: $25.46 to $31.25/hr.

This position will promote, in all ways consistent with the other responsibilities of the position, accomplishment of the Affirmative Action goals established by the Division.

This is a designated position requiring a background check and may require fingerprinting due to the nature of the job responsibilities.  UC ANR does hire people with conviction histories and reviews information received in the context of the job responsibilities.
