Under the supervision of the UC ANR Chief of Staff, the UC ANR Project Manager is responsible for the planning, monitoring, and closing of multiple strategic projects as assigned.  This includes communication and coordination across all disciplines, locations, and levels of the University and often involves external stakeholders.  While each project is different, this work often involves complex data collection, analysis, and the summary of findings.  This position is often asked to review and/or create written reports and presentations for both internal and external audiences.  The Project Manager is closely involved with all aspects of the UC ANR strategic planning process, including the collection and analysis of systemwide stakeholder input, meeting planning and facilitation, and data collection for the annual performance dashboard.  Responsibilities often also include research and analysis of processes, policies, and related best practices in order to develop recommendations for possible changes to improve program efficiencies and effectiveness.  This position may also be tasked with managing the follow-up implementation of a new or changed process or tool.

This position is a contract position that is 100% fixed for two years with the potential for extension. 

Preference will be given to internal UC ANR applicants first.

Pay Scale: $63,600.00 to $90,700.00/yr.
